The alcoholic production exhibition China Brew & Beverage has been held time in two years since 1995. Exhibition area makes 35 000 sq. m. where production of more than 500 leading and industrial companies from all over the world will be exhibited. The organizers of China Brew & Beverage invite brewers from Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Sweden, Ukraine and Russia to share recipes of preparation of beer, and experts of poorly alcoholic and strong spirits preparation from France, Japan, Spain, Italy, Korea, the USA, Malaysia, Bangladesh. Exhibitors of China Brew & Beverage are going to present their new technologies of alcoholic drinks manufacture using special herbs, bioadditives and vitamins.



To visitors of the exhibition China Brew & Beverage there will be shown machines and equipment for manufacture of drinks and beer, sterilisation, transportation and industrial technics, measuring and control technologies, energy regulation, the equipment for public catering establishments, the equipment for disinfection, the laboratory technics, packing and marks, safety on manufacture, recycling of waste and environment protection, raw materials and food additives, beer and drinks, the software and electronic data processing, consultations on correct compounding of drinks. Within the limits of the exhibition China Brew & Beverage will be held different seminars which main subject is ecological compatibility of raw materials using and disinfection of packing production.
